The woods Branch use are all ethically sourced from managed plantations. Hand-made in rural Bali by traditional artisans in small family-run workshops.
Branch ensure Fair Trade policies apply to all production and have been working with the same workshops for over 20 years. These talented artisans use traditional crafts to produce our pieces and their skills and techniques have been handed down through the generations. Branch Jewellery are very proud to be supporting these local communities and ensuring these age-old traditions continue.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt, ensuring that you repackage the returns appropriately to prevent any damage occurring in transit.
Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund within 7 working days.
